My experience with EA Change was extremely disappointing and, frankly, disrespectful of candidates’ time.
The process was unnecessarily long and demanding from the start — online tests, a pre-interview call, detailed CV and application questions, followed by a full interview. I invested hours into preparing and completing each stage, engaging seriously with what they claimed was a thoughtful and people-focused hiring process.
After all that effort, I received nothing more than a generic rejection email.
No personalised feedback. No explanation. No acknowledgment of the time and work I had put in. When I followed up to ask for feedback, I was simply ignored.
This is especially frustrating given how much they emphasise their values — talking at length about “people before profits” and the importance of building meaningful connections with candidates. That messaging feels completely hollow when the actual candidate experience is impersonal, dismissive, and lacking even basic courtesy.
After investing so much time, the bare minimum would have been a short, personalised response explaining their decision. Instead, the process ended with a template email and silence.
Overall, a very poor and inconsistent experience that does not reflect the values they claim to stand for.
I had a short 15-minute introductory call with a member of the team. The conversation was relaxed and focused on learning about my background, interest in the role, and why I wanted to work at EA Change. They also gave a brief overview of the company and the position, and there was time to ask a few questions at the end. The interviewer was friendly and the process felt informal and conversational.
Fiz uma entrevista na empresa ea Change Group (Londres, Inglaterra).

Easy basic interview questions and they got back to me super quickly but you’re not guaranteed a role at all and you have to prepare a cameo for them to send to clients
