Initial stage involves taking an e-tray exercise as well as psychometric tests. Upon successful completion of these, you are invited to a 1 day assessment centre at the Luton HQ.
Assessment day consisted of an initial presentation about easyJet and the company, two group exercises (one being of a practical nature such as making something out of paper, and the other exercise involving analysing financial information and making a decision), one presentation (again involves assessing financial information, and making a decision), and a competency based interview.
Feedback is given on the other hand regardless of the outcome which is a very good plus.
