The process started with a video call with HR then a second video call followed with the VP of Marketing and HR, where we went more in depth about the role, the goals for Ecosio. Both conversations were engaging and gave me a genuine sense of the company's direction.
They also had been transparent about the process : four steps in total (HR, VP + HR, case study, and final offer). That clarity was appreciated.
Which made the ending all the more disappointing. I received an automated rejection email. Given that we had already had two conversations, this felt like a poor way to close the process. I took the time to reply to the email asking for some feedback in order to improve and never received a response.
