The interview was more of an informal coversation, I did linkedin check on the Co-founders who were great. They both were more concered to know me as a person than directly think about money which was great to me.
The process was smooth and fairly structured. It included 2–3 rounds covering sales experience, leadership approach, and understanding of enterprise clients.
There was a mix of discussions with business leaders and a deeper dive into past sales performance, deal handling, and team management. Overall, the conversations were practical and focused on real-world scenarios rather than theoretical questions.
