The interview process consists of three stages: a role-specific interview, a motion task, and a final interview with the CEO, producer, and creative team. I rated this interview experience as poor because, as an applicant who dedicated significant time to completing a motion task for free, it feels extremely disrespectful not to receive any communication about the outcome. You ask applicants to invest hours of effort into working on your briefs, yet you can't spare a minute to send an email informing us we didn't get the job? Unbelievable.
