I applied via consultancy, interview was long reached at 10 left at 5.30 there were total four rounds two technical one manager one HR, Lunch was taken care by the company though

The process was smooth there was only 2 round of interview, 1 technical round followed by Director round. I have passed the director round then HR said you are selected and verification link I will send to you but after 2 weeks HR said the director has not approved. I do not understand this. it's very disappointing
