The first stage was the initial recruiter call. Then, a project walkthrough, then a culture fit interview.
Initially didn’t start how I expected but I had a great experience talking to the team, doing the project walkthrough and signing the offer

Whilst I found the people working there really good to talk to, pleasant and intelligent, the offer I received at the end of the process had some terms that hadn't been conveyed during the process (them main one being core hours 9:30am - 7pm), and the offer was less than we'd discussed during the process.

Entrevista
The interview process was very fair and transparent, genuinely focused on evaluating real skills. No preparation was needed. It was one of the best recruitment experiences I’ve ever had. The recruiter was consistently available and truly cared at every stage.

There were no specific technical questions. The conversation was kept informal and natural throughout, without the usual structured or scripted questions typical of other interview processes.
