I had a frustrating experience interviewing with esure. After the initial recruiter call, I had a 1st stage technical interview that covered topics like Java, Spring Boot, and general software development. I was told I’d get a response after the interview, but I ended up being completely ghosted. I followed up with the recruiter several times, and each time they promised an update, but nothing ever came through. It was really frustrating, and I felt like the communication could have been much better.
