Waited five minutes in the store to be interviewed. Only 2 people were working and they seemed to be busy. Went to the food court to be interviewed. I was asked 6 questions or so, all pretty easy. However, the lady said there were other people being interviewed in the next couple of weeks, and if they wanted to hire me they would call me.

They generally ask about what music you listen to/what was the most current movie you've seen in theaters/if you watch anime or not. Considering that I've worked with the company previously (for over 6 months) they were very eager to hire me do to the great refs I had acquired within the company. Since drivers are the most important issue with the company, they will only hire those with great salesmanship since most would read their trials as a scam. As long as you're honest with your customers, there's a safe way to work the system and customers WILL trust you, but the company doesn't care as long as you don't straight up lie to the patrons.
