I had a phone interview with the Director of Business Lending who was teally nice and mostkyasked me to explain some details on my resume in addition to a few behavioral questions. Then the following Monday I had an inperson intervirw with the President, Senior Microlending officer and the previous director. Mostly asked about my previous experiencewith non-profits, my skillset e.g working with spreadsheets and financial ststements,
