One of the Current Recruiters contacted me for a Position he had available with one of his Clients and wanted to know if I was interested. We agreed I was a good match and he said he would get back to me. He never did, and never responded to emails I sent as well. No follow up Calls - complete break in Communication. Don't waste your time with companies that do not get back to you, even if you do not get the job. Feedback to why you were not chosen is just as valuable in order to secure the right job in the future for you. This company does not care about their candidates.
