The first stage interview was fine - online with the Talent Lead and the person I would be reporting to. The second interview, in person was the worst interview I have ever experienced. It was in the frank green head office, and was initially meant to be with two others, but the famous Ben joined at the last minute. Fair enough, it's a second stage interview, but it was in a tiny 'meeting' room that did not fit 4 people so it was very cramped and awkward. This, added with Ben's style of interview made the whole thing feel more like an interrogation; he came across as deeply suspicious, belligerent and just unpleasant. The other two people doing the interview were nice enough. Everyone else in the office looked miserable - the vibe was completely off. Overall, his behaviour I experienced validated every single review you'll read on here. After leaving I promptly removed myself from the process. No thanks.
