Ok. Not bad. smooth. A smooth interview process is well-structured, timely, respectful, and transparent—featuring clear communication, prompt scheduling, relevant questions, and feedback—leaving candidates feeling valued, informed, and confident about the next steps.
Freelancer interview process was one of the most difficult interview processes I have ever been on. It is also very time consuming as well. I definitely won’t recommend it to anyone.
The interview process was smooth. The interviewer was really nice and patient and we had a wonderful conversation. I was made to feel at ease and it boosted my confidence.
