Entrevista
2 in person interviews. No difficult coding questions, only basic knowledge of C, C++. Very basic questions about MFC (Microsoft Foundation Classes). 2nd interview was with CEO and software mgr. The decision was pretty much made before the 2nd interview though.

first interview was 1:1 with the software development manager who asked some very basic c/c++ questions like pointers, class, inheritance.
in second interview the president of the company was in, and asked some personality questions.
