Technical check of computer, internet speed, grammar questions, and overview of the role. Interviewer was friendly and helpful. Explained a lot about the role and gave me time for questions. Was offered the role on the spot but gave time to think about the offer. Mentioned there was 3 days of training online, unpaid.

There were a 3 step process involved, first through an online assessment, then a technical interview with a recruiter from The Phillipines, then a quick chat with a recruiter in Spain. They were forward with me about the pay range but I had to decline the offer because the pay is too low.

The first one is with a manager, then with an employer to ask for further information, and the last one is with the first manager, and you can tell if you are accepted from their reaction!

Entrevista
Got an offer, but they cancelled citing "unforeseeable circumstances" and never got back. Been two weeks, but no word yet, and even when I reached out to find out more information, no one got back to me. There is always hope!
