Phone interview by recruiter followed by an in person interview with the recruiter and ceo. CEO slightly intimidating but overall ok and went well. Offered position soon after. Easy onboarding process.

What is your process when you get out of your car?
The overall process is good. I had three stages.
1. Screening. Talked with HR
2. Technical. The interviewer was kind and friendly. We talked about past experience, live code, and discussed recent technologies and changes.
3. Interview with hiring manager. Was good, talked about my motiviation and hiring manager's expectations.

Entrevista
Very traditional: Phone screening with recruiter for checking details, income etc. Meeting with VPs all in 1 shot, no complicated questions, very fluid and nice process. Main issue, at the end they never give you a clear answer on what's going on.
