The lack of technical questions and the persistence of the recruiter to access private information via questionnaire without any technical interview (for a Senior Developer position) made me think this is a recruitment scam and not a real or serious company
Process:
1- Recruiter screening
2- Non-technical talk with founder
3- 2 hours long IQ and aptitude test from recruiter, who spammed similar emails, in Russian, for different candidates, to my email address. I could do their test and fail them. This was a red flag about privacy.
4- 2 hours non-technical questionnaire full of inappropriate and illegal to ask (in the EU) questions
5- rejection from recruiter because I refused to provide very private information in questionnaire form without any contract or technical interview
