Final interview day on site
The final interview went really well. And they told me they will get back to me in three days. After two weeks I told them I am waiting for the feedback. They didn’t respond. I took another job offer. I still feel mad because they owe me a feedback. A candidate puts his work and effort on the interview process. I do not recommend working for a company, who place no importance in communication and transparency.

Entrevista
After submitting an application, a call with HR is organized. If you pass a code review home assignment is given. It is fair simple, yet a very messy code. If the code is fine, a second meeting with CTO is organized.

Basically, the interview with CTO is about designing a specific design pattern. He provided 3 variable names in badly format code and expected you to figure out the pattern by yourself. Overall, he provided minimum to no information whatsoever.
