Unprofessional Interview Experience My experience with this company’s interview process was disappointing. I was scheduled to meet with a specific person but was instead interviewed by someone else without explanation. The interviewer asked me only one question and spent the rest of the time talking as if reading from a script. Their communication was poor, and after being told I would receive a response within 24-48 hours, I had to follow up myself—only to receive a snarky reply. I have 20 years of sales experience and have consistently been a top performer on every sales team I’ve been part of. I am not a newcomer and would have been a huge asset to their company. Unfortunately, the lack of professionalism in their hiring process made it clear that this was not the right opportunity. Additionally, the interviewer’s use of profanity during the conversation was highly unprofessional. Based on this experience, I would not recommend pursuing opportunities with this company.

Very few questions were asked about me personally, the interview was mostly hype talk and briefly showing me around the site. Interviewer was friendly and answered my questions well enough.
