Went through three rounds of interviews only to be ghosted by the company. Everyone was very nice but disappointed at the lack of follow-through. Some questions were inappropriate in my opinion.

Sent my resume in. Received an email from one of the directors asking for a phone screen. I would say the screen was very technical to the experience of the position. I was asked to come in to meet other team members. I met with the director first, then I had a panel interview with other senior directors. I sent f/u thank you’s to all involved. After a couple of weeks, I checked in and no response. Another 2 weeks went by and I was informed that my skill set didn’t match. I asked for elaborated feedback and no reply.
