The company seems to be going in the right direction in regards to growth from the research conducted; however interviewing and the actual scheduling as well as the organization is the worst I have experienced. After interviewing four times I was asked to pick from one of twenty positions open while looking to expand my knowledge I was not sure what was going on as I was told I had been a top candidate. When the last interview was complete I was told someone will contact me within 48 hours and I have yet to hear anything after over three weeks which is unprofessional as well as a waste of time. The company needs to be more transparent in the process.

Phone interview, then in-person interview - then I got ghosted, then reapproached for another position - the process took several months - began in July and ended in November. The interview took a turn for the worst when I was asked about my current children, potential future children, and how I "planned on working if I had an emergency with my kid". Even if I had been offered the position (which I was not), I would not have accepted it based on the completely sexist questions I was asked during my interview.
