Entrevista
The interview includes 2 30 mins phone screens, one is technical and the other is more oriented towards testing a candidates communication skills. This is followed by an on-site interview. The questions are straight forward and are meant to test a candidate's knowledge in relational databases.

Entrevista
I handed out my resume at the fall career fair and they got in touch with me the following spring. It was a Skype interview containing two parts. The first part is about question like how do you feel about Obama, who will you elect as a president. The second part is about some basic database questions.

two rounds of interview testing technical proficiency and political General knowledge. Both were phone interviews. the technical interview lasted for an hour. The interviewer was polite. Was asked questions regarding indexes, SQL querying, optimization and the like
