Phone screening -> panel interview (video) with i4dm staff -> their client panel interview. After the 2nd interview I was given a letter of the benefits, I thought I was being offered the position but when I asked Emma said no. Not sure if that is just a "carrot" of some sort. Then I was told their client will interview me. Thought it went well but never heard from them afterwards. Funny thing is during my 1st panel interview, I was told they are not like other companies who ghost applicants, Been chasing them for updates for 2 months. Then out of nowhere, after 2 months they called me to say I have another interview with the same client who interviewed me already. I feel like they are a fly by night kind of company. Very fishy practice.

After going over the reviews here, I was skeptical about this company before I even applied, but submitted application for the role anyway. Had initial screening phone interview (30 mins) with the recruiter who then sent me online assessment (Java related questions + agile: took about an hour). Got invited for video interview with a panel (1 hour), one of whom stated they won the VA contract but not certain about start date. The next day saw the job reposted on LinkedIn, and also noticed that the job opening remains open on their website without any req or post date. Received rejection email the next morning stating they decided to move forward with other candidates even though they reposted the job. Not entirely certain if they are just harvesting the resume and collecting personal data as stated in previous comments below, but should have trusted my gut before applying for this sketchy role.
