The process is easy and straightforward. It starts with the application on the website (CV + Why you want to join i5), then the HR will invite you for a 3 hours interview divided as follow: - 90 mins for a business case (M&A sell-side client case, need to prepare one page pitch + valuations with multiples and DCF + Longlist of potential investors) - 30 mins motivational interview - 60 mins walk through the case solutions interview These two interviews were with a Director and an Associate If the result of this first step is positive you will be invited for a second step interview (motivation and corporate finance questions) with a partner (30 mins). Everything happened within 2 weeks from application

The application process comprises two rounds in total. It involves an initial "Assessment Day" with an interview and case study, followed by a "Follow-Up Interview". You should make sure that you are available for the whole duration of the time slot (3 hours).
