Entrevista
Phone screen followed by scheduled 2-hour interview. Interview split between HR Specialist and hiring manager. More behavioral-type questions during the first half of the interview ("tell me about a time when... / what brings you to our company?). Second half consisted of more job-specific questions. Even though I wasn't offered a position, I would rate the experience as positive. The people I encountered were helpful and professional. Growing company with many upcoming opportunities...hopefully one for me in the future.

Entrevista
The interview process was very straight forward and once started runs very smoothly. The recruiters who handle the hiring process really know what they are doing and will outline everything for you while also answering any questions that you may have about the process.
There were a total of 3 rounds of interviews - initial phone call, follow up call (followed by aptitude and personality test) and then an in person interview. I spoke with 2 different recruiters who helped handle the first 2 interviews and then for the in person interview I got to meet with people I would be working with directly.
The initial interview is a simple "who are you and what have you done in the past" interview while the 2nd phone interview is a little more in depth and is followed by a relatively difficult aptitude exam as well as a personality test. During the in person interview I met with 2 individuals who i will be working directly with and they basically told me everything i will need to know about the job i will be performing at iCIMS. Both of the people i spoke with were extremely knowledgeable and professional during the interview.
I would say the whole process is very well outlined and all of the individuals involved in the hiring process do a great job at moving things along as long as you are a good fit for the position you are interviewing for.

Entrevista
The interview process was smooth and efficient thanks to the awesome recruiters. I was given a phone interview to partake in, followed by a cognitive ability exam, as well as a personality test. After this, and my results came back in, I was scheduled to come into the iCIMS office and sit with 4 members of the iCIMS team. I met with all four for about a half hour each. Soon after this, and in a timely matter, I heard back from the office regarding my candidacy.
