The interview process was very organized and professional. I spoke with a recruiter via LinkedIn and after that, we had a conversation over the phone as part of the screening process. I was told that I would have a phone interview the following week with the hiring manager which the recruiter prepared me for as well.
The phone interview was quite casual and it seemed that the hiring manager just wanted to know a little bit more about me and my experience and why I wanted to work for the company. This was done in a very professional way as well. At the end of the conversation I was told that I was going to have an in-person interview scheduled the following week at the new Bell Works building in Holmdel.
The in-person interview was approximately 2 hours long and consisted of three sessions. The first session was about 45 minutes long with 2 people who I would be working with if the company were to hire me. The second session was about 30 minutes with another employee, and the third session was also about 30 minutes long with a 4th employee.
Overall, the entire process went very smoothly and the company presented themselves just as I would hope from a company that specializes in recruitment.
