I applied online and after 2 days, I was invited to have phone screen interview for 20 minutes. They ask basic questions about you and what do you know about iCIMS. Then, I got final round interview in their Holmdel office. It took more than 30 minutes, but less than an hour. They ask you about your personality a lot especially for CSS role and some out of box question. Even though I did not get offer, it was good experience for my interview skills and interviewers were very nice and really respectful.
