Several steps including: HR Screening, Face to Face interview with leadership, phone interview with a peer, final interview with Sr Leadership. During the first on-site interview I also took the CCAT and Personality tests.

Describe a scenario where you had to work with other teams to reach a goal. How did you go about it?
Spoke with a recruiter who was simply filling his quota for the number of people he had to speak to. Quite a lot of them out there. The best way to avoid these situations is to schedule their phone screens for one month out

The communication was clear and the process was extremely efficient. I was given the opportunity to meet with a number of people on the management team which helped confirm my understanding of the role, company, and culture.

Entrevista
I was contacted by a screener who was very professional discussed the position for 15 minutes and he followed up a few weeks later with next steps. I was surprised that before even speaking to a hiring manager that they required an IQ test, I guess decades of experience and an advanced degree were not enough to prove I was worth speaking to. The test required me to answer 50 question in 15 minutes, something that I would did not expect from a senior position. I decided that this was not they type of company I wanted to pursue due to this process seeming extremely impersonal.
