Applied last summer. Had initial phone screen followed by two online Codility assessments (LC easy). After assessments, was invited on site for 3 rounds of interviews (LC easy/med). Pretty straightforward.

Video cover letter, codility test as you apply. After codility is passed, they'll set up a phone interview and in phone interview they'll ask questions regarding your achievement, any tough project you've worked on, information about icims and some behavioral stuff
