      Entrevista

      After I initially submitted my application I was contacted by one of their recruiters for a preliminary phone screening. From there I was sent a link to take an IQ test as well as a personality assessment. After about a week I was given the opportunity to take the IQ test for a second time. The test questions were similar to a ACT/SAT test but you are given a very limited amount of time to get through them. After taking the test for the second time, I was again contacted by the recruiter for another quick phone interview where we discussed the next steps in the process. From there I had a 1hr 45min zoom call with 3 different employees. The zoom interview felt quite relaxed and the interviewers were very friendly. I felt that I was given ample time to introduce myself and let them know why I would be a good fit for the position while also gaining a good understanding of the company and it's culture. After the zoom interview I received an offer within the next few days. Overall it was great interview process and I appreciated iCIMS continuous contact throughout.

      Quick and to the point. 2 rounds, one with HR and one with hiring managers. No technical round. Very refreshing for a tech position where in the tech industry, 4+ rounds of interviews are starting to become the norm.

      Entrevista

      Recruiter screening was great, he was personable and easy to talk to. Second interviews took 3 weeks to get coordinated all while not communicating with me at all. When the time came for the interview, the women were cold, had no personality, and seemed genuinely uninterested in interviewing anyone let alone myself. Didn't hear back for another 2 weeks and at that point I was no longer interested.

      the first interview I had was great. They asked very good questions about my past experience and were very knowledgeable about the company and its benefits/perks. The recruiter even asked how to pronounce my name! which is a small detail, but very important.
