I had 2 initial phone interviews. One with the tech recruiter and then one with the hiring manger. After that I was quickly notified and brought in for a round of 3 interviews. One with a peer, another with the hiring manager I spoke with over the phone, and one with the director of the dept. After that I was brought in again for another set of interviews. I met with 7 or more people in a combination of group and 1:1 settings. The company was extremely accommodating in coming in early and were very open throughout the process. By the end of all of the interviews I had answered the same questions multiple times but that was really the only downside. All of the interactions allowed you to get a really good view into how the company functions. Everything that was said in the interview was true upon coming aboard the company, which is not always the case. Questioning was fairly straight forward and was mostly based on previous experiences, relevant skills, etc. Some behavioral questions but was done so in a very conversational way.
