Several Screening calls. Needed to do a 2 minute "why me" video. Got invited to meet with the hiring manager and had a 45 minute interview. Got called back to meet with the Sales director, an account manager and the hiring manager. Meeting was scheduled for 60-90 minutes and as soon as I walk in the director's office he says he has a meeting in 60 minutes and needs to cut the interview short. The interview lasted a little over 20 minutes. I was asked questions about what I had sold in the past and asked to make a comparison when there were no real comparison. If they were looking for people who have sold non-logical products to non-technical people, maybe they should be recruiting used car sales people?
