I applied online for the position and got an email from the Chief Operations Officer regarding the coding test(1st round) and submitted that on time. Then, they called me for an in-person interview. I drove 1 hr to their location from my place as I was open to relocation if they will extend an offer. I went through a coding test, 1 to 1 and HR round on that day. This whole process took 15 days and on the 20th day I got an email that they are reviewing their requirement so that they can extend the offer to 2 candidates (including me) instead of one. After that day, the follow-up month started. COO was telling that they are still reviewing their needs even after 2 months and they never extended an offer till date.
