Ghosting a candidate after 4 interviews with CxO is very unprofessional, and shows communication problems: if they're not able to explain a candidate why the profile doesn't match the position after 4 interviews, how could you expect a good internal communication ?

If you are person of colour please do not waste your time interviewing at this company. No diversity whatsoever and lack of representation. Richard & Tes were very condescending by asking the same questions again and again. The salary offer was £30k but Richard was only looking to offer £27k. Such a waste of time as a POC. There was 4 candidates and they were looking for 2 roles. 3/4 were white Caucasian males who were successful. I really don’t recommend this company as they longed out the interview process and was not clear on salary range.
