they dont take such interview tey only want money for training its like institute,they are just playing with employee so dont join iclarity .interview is a formality for hiring because nobody want to work, they have 0nly 20 employee

Entrevista
I was applying as a database developer. There were three rounds, it was their interview process, The first round basic technical round. It was followed by a technical cum behavioral round. Finally a 45 minute telephonic purely technical interview by the manager. I needed to prepare well for the third round as it was purely technical.
