It was overall very easy and straightforward, they asked you questions regarding communication, mindset, alignment with teaching / organizational values. Questions like “tell me about yourself,” “why this role,” or “how you’d handle classroom management.”

They got back to me almost immediately after applying. They gave me the option of either a phone or video call interview, I chose the video call. A few days later I received an offer for the job.
