Applied online. Received an email with a link to an online assessment. Assessment was a bunch of commonly asked personality questions and sequence puzzles. None of the questions were related to the job applied for. This was followed by a phone interview and then an in-person interview.

5 hour interview (no joke) where I was interviewed by every person in the company except the CEO. One by one a person would come in, ask the same questions, and leave. for. five. hours. At the end they make you take a written exam of math problems and SQL queries.
