They start by checking your CV, showreel, demo clips, and language ability (usually Farsi + sometimes English or Arabic). They assess voice clarity, on-camera confidence, and broadcast suitability. An HR coordinator or producer calls you for a short conversation. They ask about your background, availability, previous TV experience, and why you want to work at iFilm. They also check your tone, professionalism, and communication style. You’re invited to the studio in Tehran. This meeting is usually with a senior producer, a director, or the content team.
