The interview consisted of filling out a questionnaire with your details and an ID check followed by an assessment on the computer. Once you had passed the assessment you had a one to one interview.

Initial telephone consultation, followed by a Face to Face meeting and short competency based questions. Some Maths / English tests were completed (at quite basic level). Internal promotion was then completed by internal applications and interviews with the relevant manager of the department moving too. Often references were requested from current team mates.
