Entrevista
They asked for an interview after applying few days before. The first stage was very brief, talked about my experience and knowledge of eccomerce. The second stage was a (non-paid) full day trail - just basic assisting with the styling with other stylists and photographers. I was a bit disappointed that I was put with a particular stylist and photographer later at the end of the day because the first part of my day was going well and then when I was put with the later 2, they just seemed un-bothered about what I was doing - they were constantly messaging on their phone, until they noticed they only had just over an hour till the day ended, that they haven't finished shooting the rail of clothes and I felt rushed because of their incompetence and time management of not paying attention to what needed to be done.
