My first interview was schedule about 2-3 weeks after I initially applied. I had 3 different interviews with 3 different people and they were each about 30 minutes. I was then scheduled for a final interview with 2 others. Same process. I believe it also had something to do with the fact one of the initial interviewers was not able to interview me the 1st time. Each person seemed well informed and had high energy. Atmosphere was fun and inviting. Everyone presented themselves as a "go-getter".

Interview process required 2 stages, the first one being a get to know each other and the asked a couple of questions, and the second was a full on presentation as if they were a client and I had to sell to them which was very difficult. It was a long process and they were not straight forward the whole time, which can suck at times but it’s always better to hear the truth. Overall good experience and learned a lot. Ryan Hoelke was my recruiter and words don’t describe how amazing he was throughout the whole process. He talked to me in a professional way, but at the same time it felt like we had known each other for years. He answered any question I had and followed up on everything. Definitely a guy I want to meet in person and was very impressed how good he is at his job. Ryan is a stud.
