Overall, the interview process was good. The first round was telephonic. All the questions were straight forward and most of them were scenario based.
The second round was manager round with few technical questions and a lot of scenario based questions. He explained to me very clearly about my roles and expectations to the team.
The final round with HR team was worst in my life. He is a stupid, never listen to people. Simply blabbering and talking more about him.
He is an opt person to sell something in the vegetable market. No professionalism.
Finally received a mail saying that I’ve selected. When I called and asked to send me an offer letter, I was told that I'll get my offer letter only prior to two days of joining date. He told me that, it is the process they follow in their organization. Very surprised to see that in a CMMI Level 3 and ISO 9001:2008 Certified company. So, I declined my offer as I was not confident during my discussion with HR. By talking with him I understood, that there won't be any work-life balance.
