Had 2 enterviews. One was a general HR enterview with very general interview questions. The other was more technical where they tried to understand what was my past experience, asked details about my previous research.

Entrevista
After two interviews with this company, I received no response to my follow-up emails—echoing other reviews that mention candidate ghosting. This reflects poorly on their professionalism and suggests a culture that may not respect employees. The process itself felt crude and disorganised. My second interviewer joined 15 minutes late with no real apology; I stayed on the call out of courtesy. This disregard for a candidate’s time speaks volumes. Based on my experience, I would not recommend engaging with this company. Even if I was offered a position here, I would not accept it.

All went well. The interview was conducted smoothly, I enjoyed learning about the team and projects. The team seems to be very young and supportive, the company still to experience growth.
