very quick. very little waiting time between the rounds. explained about the company and the job role, also the 3 rounds of interview completed in 45 minutes, No difficult questions, In my telephonic round i was briefed about the job role. In the next round with corporate recruiter i was briefed about the company and the last round went smooth too.

As mine was a employee referral HR called me up to meet her..In the first round it was more about my introduction,my education and my past experience..The objective was just to check my communication skills. Second round was taken by the hiring manager. She just asked me suppose you are hired. For how long you will stay with us How will you come to work as we do not provide cab facilities fr day shift. Why you want this job?? Why particulary in HR?? Where do you see yourself 5 years down the lane? It took 30 mins and I got the confirmation that I have to join after 2 days. I got the offer letter through mail.
