Interview process had 3 rounds including a task assessment, and all interactions during the interviews seemed positive. However, the post-interview experience was extremely disappointing.
After investing significant time and effort over more than a month, the company completely stopped responding. Despite sending multiple follow-up emails (10+ over the course of a month) to simply understand the outcome, there was total silence from both HR and the technical team.
I completely understand if a company decides to move forward with another candidate, but basic communication and closure should be part of a professional hiring process. Ghosting candidates after several interview rounds and assessments reflects poorly on the overall candidate experience.
First interview with recruiter was ok. Second interview with CRO was ok.
Third interview was to be scheduled. In between 2nd and 3rd had medical diagnoses which would require an operation. Made recruiter aware….never heard anything from the again! Very, very poor and unprofessional!

The process included a first round of exchange with HR, understanding the project, my motivation and my experience and the second round was about deep dive through my experiences and some situation-based technical questions (Python, SQL ...)
