I applied online and received an invitation for a face to face interview though their platform. Everything was quite straightforward. I did the interview with one of the Marketing Managers, it was about 45 minutes and it was mostly competence-based questions and technical stuff. He made a great impression as he came prepared with questions written on a piece of paper and was writing down everything I was saying. Even though I was not successful, it was a great experience and even provided feedback after the interview, something that very few companies actually do.

Really good interview process, I was kept well informed at each stage and Amy-lou organised my reasonable adjustments to ensure I was comfortable the whole way through. There were 3 stages.
