The process started in a great way - initial contact, getting interviews scheduled. The company is interesting and they were very engaged. The initial chat with HR and the video interview with the hiring manager went well. Then they told me they would schedule a follow-up interview. Days passed and they didn't respond. I reached out a couple of times and finally gave up. The ghosting that happens during this process is disrespectful, and I hate that iRhythm wasn't better than many companies out there.
