There were 7 questions. 3 about you personally, an introduction about your teaching background, and the rest were mock situations about teaching. They give you 60 seconds to record first and only one chance at re-recording.

A brief 15 minute interview where you first answer a few confirmation questions, and then do a small demo. Very easy to pass if you use TPR. Friendly interviewer and she made the whole process very comfortable.
