Technical and customer service questions were asked. A brief overview of the current business and future plans was also included. I left the interview understanding the business and my expectations.

It was very laid back with the supervisor as well as the lead. It was not intimidating and within 48 hours I had an offer. I did have to submit to a credit check as well as a background check which took about 2 weeks. You do not have to have perfect credit to be approved. They will also request an explanation to your credit if you do not have perfect credit.

Filled out application on-line got a call about 2 days later from recruiter. Recruiter passed me up to the next step to the VP and conversation was great. Moved to the next step for onsite interview with manager next day. Manger seemed nice but he started complaining about he was tired of doing the low level work and needs someone more up to date on 'X' technology. He said he is a manager and he shouldn't be doing it. All the questions where these large open ended what-ifs to see how you would go about thinking. Every time I started to examine all possibilities on an infrastructure I didn't know anything about, he would chime in with something more to make it almost impossible to understand what he actually wanted to hear. I could tell in about 15min of interview the manager didn't want me there because I didn't have enough experience with the 1 tech he was tired of doing. Received rejection letter before I even got home.
