I interviewed for Software Engineer[Columbus, OH] position in July. Interview process -> Screening call -> Assessment -> Panel Interview[90 mins]. The interview is average ( with medium to hard questions related to assessment ]. I felt interview questions are all about how you can do the technical assessment differently. Very few to zero questions about the past experiences/ behavioral. Initially I felt that may be I don't have enough skills/ interviewer expectations are different. But the job posting is still present after 3 months (As of Sept), which makes me wonder if they are faking the job posting.
